Hello everyone, I'm Tamsin Baker and I write erotic romance.

As an author, I’m thrilled to share my stories with you and Evernight helps make my books shine! Here’s one reason why I love Evernight Publishing:
Evernight publishing, unlike so many other publishers, are organised, quick and have great communication. This amazing publisher will answer my emails often within hours of sending it off, they always address questions, fix problems and stick to their release dates. I don't have to wait months or even weeks to find out if my submission is accepted or not and then I don't have to wait a year for my book to come out. Seriously, Evernight is an AMAZING publisher, in every way.
Not to mention of course the extremely beautiful covers.... would you like to see my two favourites?

These are the covers for the first two books in my series
'The Shifters of the Land, Sea and Air.'

They're beautiful- aren't they? And again, Evernight allowed me to have input into the covers and added features when I asked- another amazing attribute this publisher has.
I'm going to share a short excerpt of both stories- which as MMF menage and if you want to leave a comment about which one you like better and why, I'll give a copy of each book away to the most interesting comments.
Fighting Destiny:
Jeremy locked his jaw around Tommy’s neck in the ultimate sign of dominance, and Tommy let go of his wolf, shifting back to human.
Jeremy must have felt the change because he also shifted, and their fur disappeared.
Now Tommy was staring up into the glittering blue eyes of a naked Jeremy, still pinning him to the ground. He was burning hot even against Tommy’s own heated skin, his huge muscles bulging beneath his smooth skin.
Tommy’s cock hardened and lengthened as he attempted to get up but was pinned back down by the man he hoped to share a mate with.
“Let me up.” He grunted and twisted, but Jeremy just held him as though it were no effort at all.
“No, Tommy.”
Tommy arched his back and screamed out, but nothing changed. Jeremy grabbed his wrists and held them tighter. Panic began to swim through him.
“It’s not my fault.” He panted as he thrashed his head from side to side. Tommy was frantic in his arousal now. What would Jeremy think when he felt it? He was fully hard now, so there was no way of hiding it.
Jeremy dropped his head and bit into his neck, the move carnal as well as dominant.
Tommy shuddered and worked to slow his breathing down. Jeremy didn’t lift his head, just whispered into Tommy’s ear.
“I know, and I’m sorry. We’ll find her together.”
Tears formed at the back of Tommy’s eyes, and he blinked them away. There was the man he wanted. Fuck! He wanted to keep on hating Jeremy! It made things so much easier.

Knowing Destiny:
Ben groaned and grabbed Chase about the waist, hauling his huge male into his body, absorbing Chase’s moan and squeezing his arse.
He pulled back and grabbed Chase’s jean-covered arse. “I want you.”
He stared at the man he wanted above all else waiting for a sign that Chase felt the same.
“I...” Chase cleared his throat. “I want you, too,” Chase said, the words gravelly.
Ben dropped to his knees and unbuttoned Chase’s jeans in a hurry. He had never done this for his lover, their previous intimacies brief with almost no foreplay. Now, he could think of no other way to brand Chase as his own. His powerful eagle was close to the surface.
He opened up Chase’s jean placket, and his cock sprang out, pointing directly to Ben’s mouth. Thick, heavy, red, and swollen.
God, it’s beautiful.
He wrapped his hand around the base and looked up at his man.
“I want to suck you so bad.”
He waited, wanting the confirmation that Chase wanted it, too.
His mate didn’t respond with words, but slid his fingers into Ben’s short hair and pulled him closer. That was all the permission he needed.
Ben smiled as he licked the tip. Yum.
“Chase ... are you here?” Ariana’s voice shocked them both, and Ben turned his head, ready to jump up.
But he was already too late. She wasn’t coming in. She was already here.

Thank you for visiting and enjoy the rest of the hop!

  1. Thank you for your awesome giveaway Tamsin!

Your excerpts are so teasery! I want to read them both equally, it sounds like such an interesting concept (as in the shiftingness), I just want to know more!

But having to pick one I am going to have to be far more superficial, it would have to be Fighting Destiny because it has a tiger on the cover. I know you shouldn't judge a book by its cover, but tigers have always been my favourite animal, since I was really little, and they still make me happy to look at them!

Plus if I didn't judge a book by its cover then I would never decide on what to read next! I like books way too much!

    1. I totally agree Laura and in this era of ebooking I think we all judge books by their covers! until you read the excerpt- then i choose which one I buy ;) thanks for visiting and your comment!

  2. thanks for the wonderful giveaway.

  3. Hmm...both are very intriguing, but the second is more my style!

    1. The bird shifters were a lot of fun to write and the dynamics quite different! thanks for visiting again!

  4. Wow! Well what I just read about both it's very, very hard to choose. I love both the excerpts and all the men sound very controlling . However I must say I like Fighting Destiny a little more than the other. Jeremy seems like he's a no nonsense type of guy and I love the way he takes control of Tommy wow!!!! Just from reading what I did you've got me wanting more.

    1. Thanks for the compliment Amy- that is one of my fave scenes because I originally set out to write a MFM menage and after that moment I knew I couldn't keep my boys apart!
      Thanks for visiting!

  5. That is a tough choice, but I am going with Fighting Destiny, loved the excerpt and really like the cover, has two of my favorite animals on it. skpetal at hotmail dot com

    1. Thanks Jean- and I of course agree! My first shifer book and whic do i write? Has to be tigers and wolfs!
      Thanks for visiting!

  6. Both covers are great, but I think I prefer Knowing Destiny due to the view of the male bodies. :)
